On March 27th and 31st, 2025, the Holy Spirit Catholic School Division hosted two community consultation sessions regarding potential options for boundary adjustments, following the earlier consultations conducted and valuable input received from our stakeholders. The Holy Spirit Catholic School Division Boundary Review Committee presented a video with information and outlined the boundary options for the north and west sides of Lethbridge.
We understand that many of our Holy Spirit families were unable to attend these important evenings but we would still like to hear your thoughts. Once you have finished watching, visit the link below to provide your feedback and preferences in regards to our options for boundary adjustments using the online tool, “A Balancing Act: Boundary Consultation”. A tutorial and explanation on how the feedback section works can be found near the end of the video. When providing your input, you can choose to identify options for the westside, the northside, or both, which are labeled in no particular ranking.
The options that are being presented were informed by the variety of community responses that were received, and reflect those perspectives. Each option is distinct in seeking to address the varying concerns, aspirations, and realities that our communities identified. Various factors, such as geographic location, socio-economic realities, family considerations, and historical experiences, were considered as these were generated.
