Conditions of Employment
In order to ensure and maintain a safe, secure working and learning environment, new applicants who are offered employment must provide the following:
- A clear, current Police or RCMP Information Check
- Vulnerable sectors must be included for those in positions of trust or authority over children or vulnerable persons.
- A clear, current Intervention Record Check
- For individuals working with children and youth.
- Photo identification
- This may include a driver's licence, passport, Nexus card or other valid ID issued by a government registry office.
- Your Social Insurance Card (or a social insurance confirmation letter from Service Canada)
- Please note this must be in the employee's legal name and must match the photo identification provided.
